"My top three goals upon starting the EWT program were: 1) To understand my body and how to nourish it. 2) to learn more about food, how to prepare it, and how much to eat. 3) to start losing weight in a healthy way. Sarah and Sharon were able to help me work toward my goals by teaching me the power of food and how it can have a major effect on the body. And most importantly, how to make healthy food taste delicious. I lost 4kg!!! I feel lighter, clearer, and I have a lot more clarity. I also gained more energy from just nourishing my mind, body, and soul correctly. I now have a newfound appreciation for food!!!"
